Shipping Information
All orders requested with 3-Business Day, 2-Business Day or Next Day shipping must be placed by 10:00am PST / 1:00pm EST for same day shipment. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on Friday will be placed on Monday, unless a Saturday delivery is requested. Shipping charges are applied per item, not per location. Please submit separate orders for each item going to the same location. Call Customer Service if you need assistance in submitting these orders. Additional charges will apply when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Saturday Delivery - 49.95
Specialty Flower and Plant orders are always shipped Next Day if received by 10:00am PST / 1:00pm EST. These orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. There is an additional charge for Saturday delivery. Future ship dates can be requested.
We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO addresses for select products. Please call customer service to confirm that your item is eligible. These shipments take one to two additional days to ship. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored. You ship these orders at your own risk.
After May 15th all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day Air. In addition, any gift basket which contains chocolate components may have the chocolate substituted and replaced with hard candy items.
Due to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV, WI, WY.
