Receipt

The order confirmation that you receive via e-mail is your official receipt. Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so we cannot include a packing receipt or invoice when your products are shipped. Many of our orders are sent as gifts, so we do not wish to include documents that include the price of the products. Please contact us by email if you need a receipt.
